Salad with rocket, Grana Padano, pears and walnuts


150 g rocket
100 g Shaved Grana Padano Cheese “Cascine Emiliane”
2 pears
50 g shelled walnuts
balsamic vinegar
extra-virgin olive oil

How to prepare:
Wash and dry the rocket. Peel the pears and cut them into pieces (not too large). Roughly break up the walnuts, leaving a few whole for decoration. Prepare the salad in a bowl, sprinkling the rocket with the pieces of pear, the Shaved Grana Padano Cheese “Cascine Emiliane” and the walnuts (chopped and whole). Dress the salad with extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The salad can be served in small individual bowls, leaving each guest to dress their portion as they please (with oil, vinegar, salt, lemon, etc.).
