Rich Polenta

Ingredients:
500 g polenta cooked for slice
100 g Asiago d’Allevo Cheese
100 g Fontina Cheese
50 g Grana Padano Grated Cheese “Cascine Emiliane”
250 g Italian Thin Sausage
tomato sauce and vegetables
rosemary
extra virgin olive oil

How to prepare:
Slice the Polenta into slices of about 1/2 cm. Grease with extra virgin olive oil a bowl and make a first layer of polenta. Cover the polenta with tomato sauce, slices of Asiago d’Allevo Cheese, slices of Fontina Cheese, pieces of Italian Thin Sausage and rosemary. Continue with another layer of polenta covered like before till finish the ingredients with the last layer of Fontina Cheese and Grana Padano Grated Cheese “Cascine Emiliane”. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200°C and wait 10 minutes before cut and serve it.
